What is the delivery time?
Your order is processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, the usual delivery time is 6–12 business days. You will receive tracking by email once it is available. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
How do returns work?
You can register your order for return up to 30 days after receipt. The first 14 days fall under the statutory right of withdrawal; after that, our additional returns service applies. For a regular return, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. You will receive return instructions after contacting us.
What does the warranty cover?
Do you think an item is defective or not working properly? Email us your order number, a brief description and, if possible, clear photos. We will assess the issue and the appropriate solution based on the product information and your applicable consumer rights.
