Revoke purchase
Do you want to revoke your purchase? You can easily inform us via the button below.
Please include your name, the email address you used for the order, your order number, and which items you wish to revoke.
Term
You can revoke your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period begins from the moment you receive the last item of your order.
In addition to this statutory period, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from receipt of the last item of your order. This additional return period does not affect your legal rights.
After your notification
Upon receipt of your notification, we will send an email confirmation. You then have 14 days to return the product, unless we agree otherwise with you.
Return shipment
The cost of return shipping is at your own expense, unless the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or defective. We advise always returning with track & trace.
